RETURNS & EXCHANGE


We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will have fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We will gladly issue a refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the item. Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; however, if you are based outside the US you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.


All product you wish to return:


  • Must be sent back with the Merchandise Return Form completed
  • Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in the same condition in which it was received
  • Must have all original tags and stickers intact
  • Must have all of its parts and accessories
  • Must be in its original packaging

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s) plus sales tax included back to the original method of payment. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be assessed on any opened and used items, and the amount will be refunded in form of store credit. Fragrance and nail polish are final sale and cannot be returned due to restrictions by the Department of Transportation.

退换货政策
  1. 退换货说明:
    1. 自商品售出之日(以商品实际签收日期为准)起7日内提出退货请求。
    2. 商品未经使用,原质原貌。
    3. 商品所有附属配件资料(如产品标识、包装、吊牌、三包卡、说明书、发票、赠品、配件、鉴定证书等)齐全。
    4. 腕表、黄金、珠宝、一口价、及标有“本商品无质量问题不支持退换货”的商品,如无质量问题,不支持退货。
    5. 对于套装商品或者组合销售商品,无法为您办理部分商品退货。
    6. 拍卖类商品,一经售出无质量问题不予退货。
  2. 商品如若出现以下情况,则视为无法退换货:
    1. 本店所有内裤类商品不予退换货
    2. 商品防损吊牌出现变形、破损、断裂等与出库原貌不同的。
    3. 商品产品标识、包装、吊牌、三包卡、说明书、发票、赠品、配件等缺失的。
    4. 商品任何因不当使用及未妥善保管而导致的质量问题的。
    5. 商品经使用、洗涤、遭污损、损坏等情形的。
    6. 未经授权的维修、误用、碰撞、疏忽、滥用、进液、事故、改动、不正确的安装所造成的商品质量问题,或撕毁、涂改标贴、机器序号、防伪标记。
    7. 因使用造成磨损的。
    8. 过保商品(超过三包保修期的商品)。
  3. 温馨提示:
    1. 订单状态显示为“处理中”或“完成”可向客服咨询办理退货申请。
    2. 7天内未做售后申请,订单将自动变为已完成状态,此时我们将不再接受您的退货申请。
    3. 退货申请受理之日起两周内,夏娃的诱惑如未收到退货包裹,将自动取消售后申请。
    4. 图片及信息仅供参考,不属质量问题。因拍摄灯光及不同显示器色差等问题可能造成商品图片与实物有色差,一切以实物为准。
    5. 退货产生的运费如是客户原因将由客户承担,如因商品本身质量工艺问题,经质检合格后您可以致电客服申请报销运费。
    6. 换货只能同款换货。

退货流程

温馨提示:

  1. 请您在提交退货申请后的三日内寄出退货商品。若在收到退货申请后的10天内仍未收到退货商品,此退货申请将视为失效;
  2. 为保障退货商品的顺利质检,请将发货单随商品一并寄回,同时将发货单上的“退货标签”贴在外包装表面;避免将同一订单内的商品分包退回或者不同订单商品一并退回;
  3. 退货商品与退货申请商品保持一致;
  4. 若商品中包含赠品的,须将赠品一同退回;
  5. 有开发票的如果要退换货,需要把发票随同包裹寄回。
  6. 因商品质量问题产生的退货,退件运费由夏娃的诱惑承担。请您快递到付寄回,或在垫付运费后联系客服,垫付的运费会将与退款一并退回。若非商品质量原因产生的退货,退件运费须您本人承担。
